Our Team

Rob Evers, President of Granby Aviation, has over 25 years of aviation experience. Licensed for both helicopters and airplanes, he excels in managing flight teams and operating commercial fixed-wing drones. Rob also holds a Master’s in Business Administration.

Ian Bonnell is a Captain pilot with STARS Air Ambulance, where he has served as a safety consultant, investigator, and a member of the Safety Management System (SMS) design team. Prior to STARS, he was a Captain, Tactical Aviator, and Operations Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force, bringing extensive experience in aviation and safety management to his roles.

Mike O'Brien is a retired Major from the Royal Canadian Air Force, where he served as the Commanding Officer of 103 Search and Rescue Squadron in Gander, Newfoundland. He deployed to Sudan as a peacekeeper and holds an advanced category drone pilot license, demonstrating his expertise in both military operations and modern aviation technology.
